Our Booking & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Notice
To avoid fees, clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your slot to other clients.
2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Late Cancellation (less than 24 hours notice): 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.
No-Show (missed appointment without notice): 100% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.
3. How to Cancel or Reschedule
Phone: Call +1 (838) 295 1497 (during business hours).
Email: Send a cancellation request to youaresovi@gmail.com (include your name, appointment date/time, and contact details).
Online: If booked via our website, log in to your account to cancel/reschedule.
4. Payment for Fees
Late fees will be charged to the credit card on file or must be paid before booking future appointments.
5. Exceptions
Life happens — if you have an emergency, just reach out. We’ll do our best to accommodate (e.g., medical crisis, severe weather) at the salon’s discretion. Please contact us ASAP to discuss.
6. Running Late
Clients arriving >15 minutes late may have services shortened or rescheduled to avoid disrupting other appointments. Full service fees still apply.
7. Confirmation Policy
We send appointment reminders via email/text 48 hours prior. Failure to confirm may result in your slot being released.
Policy Acknowledgment
By booking with You're So Vi, you agree to this cancellation policy. We reserve the right to refuse future bookings for repeated violations.
