By booking appointments, purchasing services or gift cards, using our website, or joining our Rewards Program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Eligibility & Service Use

• Appointments: Bookings via the Site are requests only. Confirmation is subject to availability.

• Accuracy: Provide truthful information (e.g., health conditions) for safe service delivery.

4. Payments, Cancellations & Gift Cards

• Payments: All prices are in USD and subject to change. Full payment required before service.

• Cancellations: Follow our Cancellation Policy. Late cancellation and no-show fees apply.

• Gift Cards: Non-refundable. Valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All content (e.g., text, design, logos, photos) belongs to You’re So Vi or licensed partners.

• Limited License: You may use content for personal, non-commercial viewing only.

• Prohibited: Copying, distribution, or reuse without permission is not allowed.

6. Code of Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use our site or space for illegal or disruptive purposes

• Harass staff or clients

• Spread false reviews or impersonate others

• Attempt to reverse-engineer our site

7. Third-Party Links

Our website may include links to external platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok). We’re not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

8. Liability

• Services: Provided “as-is” — we strive for satisfaction but can’t guarantee outcomes (e.g., beauty is subjective).
